It is a system with greater heat isolation, provides ideal protection from ccold and heat as also from external noises by providing ideal conditions to the areas that protects.It is the best solution for those who have great expectations from aluminium systems because it offers perfect aesthetic and technical solutions.

  • Can embrace double glazing 10-42mm
  • By using polyamide (24 mm) it is interrupted the thermal and sound flow between the external and the internal profile.
  • Saving energy by reducing the cost for heating and cooling.
  • Avoidance of the condensation at the internal profile.
  • The complete waterproof is ensured with the special drainage channels in all profiles as also with three EPDM gaskets which seal the system.
  • The central gasket is installed with a special vulcanized corner which prevents licking at corners.
  • Special thermal break profiles for the sealing of the door at the lower part.

PR45
 
Following the demands of the market for constructing low energy consuming houses, as well as reliable, functional and aesthetic windows, PROFILCO SA has designed the new sliding thermal-breaking system PR45 taking under consideration the recommendations of the constructors and the technological demands of the existing specifications.



PR45 is a high specification thermal-breaking system which provides supreme protection from cold, heat and noise, ensuring ideal conditions at the internal spaces which protects. It is the best solution for those having great demands from the aluminum systems designated for their constructions, offering excellent technical and aesthetic solutions.

Main Characteristics of PR45:
  • Classical design with soft curves absolutely matching with PROFILCO systems design.
  • Thermal isolation is achieved with the use of polyamide (16mm wide) which interrupt thermal flow and noise between the outer and inner side of the window.
  • Energy saving by reducing heating and cooling expenses.
  • Avoidance of the condensation effect at the inner side of the window.
  • Sash width is 45mm and height 98mm
  • Ability to embrace up to 32mm glazing
  • Inside-wall driver height is 35mm which is the same as the height of the floor in order to avoid a step between the floor and the driver. The referential height is achieved by the innovative design of the inside-wall driver profiles where the thermal isolation is placed on the “tower” of the driver and not to the side of it so that it is aligned with the thermal isolation of the sash. By this way, the use of an additional thermal breaking profile is avoided in these drivers, reducing at the same time their weight but not compromising the durability.
  • The width of the triple inside-wall driver is 139mm which is appropriate for installation inside modern building walls.
  • The referential height of successive sliding driver is 47mm.
  • Ability to connect the profiles by using press corner joint.
  • Connection of profiles is avoided to be done at the thermal breaking points, meaning stronger connection and increased thermal-break properties of the windows at the same time.
  • Sliding movement on additional driver (anodized or inox) for reduced friction and color destruction.
  • Easy sliding provided by big diameter rollers (29mm) which can be replaced without disassembling the sash and can be easily adjusted.
  • Special designed dampers. Attached brush on the lower damper for wiping the additional driver. The upper damper is inserted in the driver for better alignment and to avoid the swing of the sashes.

Light sliding system for rather small successive sliding constructions.It has been given great attention to the weight of the profiles, without disregarding the quality of the product and the functionality of the system. PR26 can be combined with opening system PR52 and give the ideal solution for light constructions that combine opening and sliding constructions.

A hinged 70 mm window system with a potent insulation capacity and with a transmission value from only 0,9 W/m²K which has been achieved thanks to the perfect combination and design of aluminium profiles, 35 mm tubular polyamide rods, E.P.D.M tubular water tightness gaskets and a system of polyolefine foam that is fitted around the glazing space perimeter.

Possiblity of straight and chamfered sashes and straight, chamfered or curved beads.

With its large glazing capacity of up to 65 mm it presents to this system some excellent accoustic and thermal features allowing the use of large glazing thicknesses and energy efficiencies.

4200 Sliding system with thermal break
 


A versatile system with multiple perimetral frames and the possibility of head or perimetral sashes.

This presents a stylish option with curved or straight sashes. In its version of straight head sashes, the GALANDAGE 4200 Slider solution is included. It is designed to allow the possibility of an integral opening in the space to totally hide the sashes in the building's curtain wall chamber. This achieves a 100% opening surface.

The GALANDAGE option allows a single rail and dual rail frame allowing for balcony systems with 1, 2 & 4 hidden sashes.

It also allows for the incorporation of one sash in parallel hidden from the Tamiz solar protection system.

4500 Sliding/Elevating System with thermal break
 


A perimetral sliding door system with thermal breaking and a bevelled or curved style both in sashes and beads.

There are two versions:

- 4500 elevating sliding that bases its operation on a system in which the sashes are fitted with a mechanism that permits its own elevation whilst opening and descending when closing in such a way that the closed door rests over the top and bottom longitudinal water tightness gaskets allowing it to be fixed in whatever position.


Possibility of corner sash meeting at 90° without mullions.

In the fixed light and sash configuration, the rail in the fixed zone remains hidden.

- 4500 in line sliding (not elevating) allows the sliders to be made economically in large dimensions.

It presents configurations of sash fixed light, Fixed light sash fixed light, 2 sashes 2 fixed lights and 4 sashes.
The rail where the sashes slide along is made of stainless steel in order to avoid wear and tear.
